Michael Barton is a leading stress management expert. Having run his own business for over twenty years, clients the world over know his skills and training in stress management. Rebirthing is his passion to help people understand old negative limiting beliefs to become a lot more conscious and aware. Using this breathing technique has enhanced his own personal awareness of himself and how to help others reach deeper levels of responsibility for their own lives and actions. Teaching International Reiki energy seminars and using Myofascial Release and bodywork techniques, he has helped hundreds of people understand themselves on a much more intrinsic level to make life enhancing changes. Michael is currently a member and Secretary of the Australian Academy of Rebirthing & Breathwork.
