Questionnaire Introduction

Wellbeing is a state of being that can only be defined by you. Only you can measure and define the metrics of your life, and what you determine to be a well-being – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

The following survey is intended to help you define what a good state of wellbeing means for you. We all want to be valued and appreciated for what we contribute to our world as human beings, but this can often result in misunderstandings and misconceptions of what value and contribution means, resulting in many people feeling undervalued for who they are.
Any self-reflection and personal development that you may do, will lead you to creating this meaning for yourself first. Life happens to all of us, and it is easier to journey through life with this meaning, as defined by you, intact.

Have a go at this survey and if you are in a reflective mood, answer some of the questions at the end. They will help you on your path of self-evaluation and therefore self-improvement.

Your wellbeing is the greatest asset you will ever have.
