Kangen Water (R) has been available in Japan for nearly 40 years. Introduced by Enagic into USA 10 years ago, it has only reached Australia in the last 2 years. From the Japanese word meaning "return to origin", this water is technologically manufactured from source water (municipal or tank) by passing a 230W electrical current through medical-grade platinum coated solid titanium plates as the water passes. The current causes metal salts in the water to be drawn toward anode or cathode and thereby separates the passing water into 2 streams ... slightly acidic & slightly alkaline. The alkaline stream has been shown to be efficacious in restoring the body to its naturally balanced state and allow it to heal itself of many modern lifestyle-related diseases.
